Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
1. Design Services & Process
GraphicWind provides custom graphic design services including but not limited to brand identity, web design mockups, social media graphics, and print materials. All project timelines and deliverables will be clearly communicated prior to the commencement of any work.
2. Payment & Refunds
We accept payments exclusively through PayPal. To secure your spot in our design queue, a deposit or full payment (as agreed upon) is required before work begins.
- Due to the custom nature of our work, refunds are generally not provided once the design process has begun.
- We offer revisions to ensure the final product meets your expectations.
- If a project is cancelled by the client before any concepts are delivered, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon final approval and full payment for a project, the client is granted full ownership and rights to the final designs. GraphicWind retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolios, social media, and marketing materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is explicitly signed beforehand.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing clear instructions, necessary assets (logos, text, specific images), and timely feedback. Delays in client feedback may result in extended project timelines.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
